Can someone from TagDiv please provide us with an easy walk-through of how to fix this on our sites using Newspaper theme?
Hi vbrashier, can you please provide some more details about this problem, for example what theme and WordPress versions are you using, some screenshots with the error and please make sure that all theme requirements are set like in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also please make sure that the problem is not from an untested plugin.

Hello,
You have an old theme version with the latest WordPress version that it is way you have this error. You need to make a full backup for your website and database and update the theme https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ use method B (update via FTP) and make sure that you update the theme plugins from newspaper welcome section and newspaper > Plugins.
If the problem is still there after the update, then please make a full backup, and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cpanel access. Also include the link to this topic.
