Hello!

I recommend you to make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer, so that you don’t face any error: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
When you update the theme to 11.3.1, make sure you have the latest version of the PHP, WordPress, theme and plugins. Check in the Newspaper -> Plugins and make sure the plugins are active. If you use default templates, then please install the Standard Pack plugin.

Let me know about your results!

Thank you!

Hi, you know what is the solution (at least for me)? I deactivated “tagDiv Mobile Theme” and it works like a charm. All the plugins and everything is updated in my system but please pay attention when you say “make sure you have the latest version of the PHP” because the latest version is the 8. and nothing works with it.

Kindest regards and thanks for the prompt reply.

I have the same issue.
On the mobile AMP the home page is working fine.

When i go to a category page the page is blank and i get the following error:

td_res_context->get_att(gap) Internal error: The atts are not set yet(AKA: the render template method was called without atts)

wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_css_res_compiler.php

Any suggested solution for this?

Hello @dimitrix7!

Please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.

If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
