I have been using the “newspaper” theme for approximately four years for various news websites, and it has performed admirably in this domain. However, recently, when attempting to integrate an online store into our site, I have encountered significant difficulties.
Upon installing tagDiv Shop, I noticed a drastic decrease in the overall performance of the site. It becomes very slow, and at times fails to fully load certain product pages or categories. Not only does this adversely affect the user experience, but it also slows down the browsing and purchasing process, which is unacceptable for both us and our customers.
We have attempted to identify and resolve the issues independently, but so far, without success. We have ensured that we have all the necessary resources to support the performance of our site, including adequate hosting services and platform optimizations. However, the problem persists, and we believe it may be related to the integration of the tagDiv Shop theme.

Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
