Hi,
On my site, the “text with title” element is uneditable. When I open the content editor, the box shows up and I can put things inside.
However, if there is already content in it (because I could edit it earlier) it will show up blank, and anything I put inside it does not ever save.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please make sure that you set the last version of child, also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
