When I make a change in the theme panel (currently, I’m trying to change the header ad), it tells me that the change has been saved. I get the check mark on the screen indicating success. But it doesn’t actually save the change. When I look for the change on the page, it hasn’t happened. And when I refresh the theme panel, the old code is there. What could be going wrong?

Check if anything needs to be increased.
Also try the same thing with all your plugins deactivated as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. This will help identify if a plugin is responsible.
