Please notice that our theme has not been tested with this type of plugin and we cannot say for sure if it will work or not with the theme, sorry! Also, notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins, sorry!

In this case, the theme should have to be deeper inspected and adjusted to be compatible with this plugin, task which involve more custom work and we cannot afford to do this at the moment, sorry! I am totally agrre with Hemant Beniwal, thrive architect is a must in the blogging world, do you have any other solution that not cost us a lot of money to solve?
I know is not a test it plugin, but you can make an effort I tried to solve the issue with your support team, it can be a very easy issue to solve.

Hi,
From what I can see the plugin you mention is a page builder. You should try and use one of the two page builders provided with the theme. Either WPBakery page builder (Visual composer) or the tagDiv composer (this front-end page builder is built specially for the theme).
These are tested and work properly with the theme. Please note that we will considerably improve the features and options offered by the tagDiv composer in the next theme updates.

Nope Girish – both teams are reluctant to solve these issues.
I’m facing issues with Thrive architect as well… You should consider compatibility, as your page builder and theirs have amazing but diferent features that makes them complementary.
