I am currently experiencing two issues with my website and would appreciate your guidance and support:
Post Thumbnail Images Not Displaying
After uploading, the featured images for my posts are being converted into .gif format and are not displaying correctly on the live site. This appears to be a persistent issue across multiple posts. Kindly assist in resolving this as soon as possible or let me know if any configuration on my end needs adjustment.
Instagram Widget Integration in Sidebar
I would also like to integrate an Instagram feed widget into the sidebar of my website. Could you please provide instructions on how to achieve this using the TagDiv theme? If there is a recommended plugin or a built-in feature for this, please share the setup steps.
Your support in addressing both these matters would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you need access details or further information from my side.

1. The featured image should be set as it is mentioned in our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/ after that the thumb will be replace with the image that is set as featured image.
2. If you want to set an Instagram widget you can us ethe one from our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/ this will work for Business or Creator Instagram accounts and those needs to be connected in the theme panel.
