1. I want to create a static page which has 8 images on two rows (4 on one row and 4 on the other row).
The images will be pages. Something like this page:

2. I want to create a static page that has 10 or more images with the posts in a specific category. Something like this page: https://vitalhealthzone.com/nutrition/amino-acids/amino_acids.html
In this case, the page will show all the posts in that categories

1. You can use the element called “Single background image”, add an image from your Media Library and you have an option there to add manually a link of the page you need.

2. You can filter posts not pages in our flex block element.

If you set the post type like this in a flex block: https://app.screencast.com/Xuk5CzjKGv31C
then it will display the pages from your Dashboard -> Pages. Unfortunately, the pages can’t be filtered.
These settings are available only for cloud templates. Also, you need to duplicate the category template and assign it manually for the category with pages. So, you can have the global one for the category with posts and the duplicated one (different name) assigned to the category with pages.
If you use a cloud/PRO demo, then you should be able to edit the pages with the TagDiv Composer, click on the elements and check the settings from the left side.

Thanks for the response Bettina.
I don’t need the pages to be filtered, these are the only static pages in the site (other than about, privacy etc) and I am using a Pro template, good to confirm that.
I will try to replicate what you mentioned above and see if I can do what I need to.
