I have a premium theme for newspaper, but i added all the social icons for Twitter and Youtube, they are showing but Facebook is still displaying 0.

Seems to work when I test the ID – http://prntscr.com/lxfdis
Try as a test to change the ID, use cocacola for example. If this provides a result, set your ID again.

I followed the instructions and updated the theme to a newer version. But after doing that, i tried previewing everything, and my website was disorganized. All they settings and styles, were changed, and i was unable to see even the composer.
What can i do?

Hi,
Please update all the them plugins that you use as well, there should be an update button for each of them in the theme plugins panel

Then the issues should be fixed. The tagDiv composer and social counter will try to update automatically when the theme is updated, but sometimes it fails. If this happens they have to be update manual as mentioned above.

I have same problem with my FB Id…. but when I try with another Facebook, Social Counter works fine. Seems the problem is with my ID (@SaludNewsRD). Do you know about some FB glitch with some IDs?

@jm_rodriguez I tried your ID, doesn’t work for me as well. This is happening because the profile page is not public – http://prntscr.com/m4f0af meaning that it can’t be viewed if not logged in Facebook.
The page has to be public and have no restrictions in order for the social counter to have access to the like count. A guide I found
