Hi:
When you click on the author name in my posts, it does not display and says “There has been a critical error on this website”. With the help of my support team, we were able to trap the error which indicates that td-cloud-library is not able to get the query to load the post content causing a fatal error. Please see the full system error below:

First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme (version 11) and the TagDiv plugins also.

I think you however assumed that I am on a lower version. I am already on version 11 so now what next?

Sometimes we fix a lot of errors in the newest update, that’s why I want to be sure it’s not an old issue.
Please take a look here: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/there-has-been-a-critical-error-on-your-website/ ; make sure that all theme requirements were set as in our guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and you do not have a plugin conflict.
If those are not helping at all, please make a full backup, send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and Cpanel access, so we can investigate this issue. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
