Unable to save a new row in a page

Good day!
When editing a page in the composer, I add a row, at this stage the page can still be saved.
But if I decide to increase the width of the row or break it into columns, then such changes are not saved.
At the same time, the saving process is going on normally, but refreshing the page we see that the new row is gone.
At the same time, editing previously created elements or adding new elements to previously created rows is saved.
What could be the reason and how to solve the problem?
Thank you.

Hello @smga!

Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, and see if the problem goes away. Please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. install TagDiv Composer
4. activate TagDiv Composer
We have also a guide with some tips why our Composer is not working properly, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Check some other possible factors which can interfere in our theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Hello!
I applied all your recommendations, but it did not help.
Including disabled all third-party plugins, and also reinstalled Composer on your advice.
As a result, I am attaching a video of the problem: something is clearly wrong in the console, perhaps it will be useful for evaluation.

Hi
We disabled the mod_security, but that didn’t help either.
Wrote a letter to contact@tagdiv.com and provided access details, as you indicated.
