update Newspaper (Version: 8.6)

Hello I bought a month and a half ago Newspaper (Version: 8.6) and install it in my WordPress, now I see that there is an update. I imagine it’s good to update it.
How is it the first time, can you tell me how to update? Do I have to update everything I have in the new version? And finally I will lose the personal adjustments I have now? Thank you

Hello, I have already made my first update of the theme, following its steps and without problems. But I have a new question. I have downloaded the ALL FILES package from codecanyon.net. and I would like to know what they are for and if they are necessary 3 folders that I do not know what function they have?
1- folder code / Newspaper-child
2-patch_8.7_8.7.1
3-psd / psd_logo
4-td-multi-purpose.zip
What are these folders for? including? They are necessary?

I have the same question. Is it necessary to install the multi-purpose plugin? It doesn’t appear listed in the installed plugin page. What are the correct version numbers for tagDiv composer and social counter? I tried to update, but the version numbers didn’t change from 8.5? I have Composer 2.1 and Social Counter 4.2. Composer doesn’t work correctly with the new style tab, or with the Flex block.
