I received the update email and i am going to update the theme. But before updating it I want to ask that will there any problem with Theme panel settings and my content, when I delete the previous theme and activate the new theme?

Because my theme panel consist of so many custom settings.
I have updated using Envato Market plugin, it was smooth. None of my custom settings got changed. It works perfectly.
P.S. I am also a Newspaper theme customer.

The best way to update the Newspaper Theme is to delete the current Newspaper Theme version and TagDiv Plugins and after that you can install the new version.

Overwriting files will cause conflicts.
