Since the last update to 10.4, Tagdiv Composer does not work anymore.
When I drag and drop something here is the problem :

Same screen with version 10.3.9.1, adding a Row or Weather is OK :

I can’t update to 10.4 so I am forced to use the previous version.
Can’t you help me please ?
Best from France 🙂
Hi Team,
Exactly same problem is being faced by us on our website https://www.reckontalk.com.
We tried multiple times but getting same error everytime as shared by @sonno in this discussion.
Kindly look into this and suggest a way forward.

Team ReckonTalk
I too am getting the exact same problem with drag and drop in Tagdiv Composer since upgrading to 10.4. I disabled all plugins except Tagdiv, still same problem. Using latest WP with PHP v7.4.16. I also tried uninstalling/reinstalling Tagdiv Composer, still same problem. v10.3.9.1 works perfect. Please see attached:

Hello!
First of all, try to do these steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cahce plugin exists)
Also make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Let us know about your results!
Thank you!
Hi @Bettina, Thank you for the very valuable instructions. It worked!
We followed these steps but it didn’t worked. Disabling all the plugins except tagDiv ones helped us to reach intended solution. Though we have disabled all the plugins (except tagDiv ones) previously as well but it didn’t work. This time post uninstallation and re-intallation of TagDiv Composer along with disabling other plugins helped.
We think there is conflict with AIOSEO plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/). Not confident though. The only other plugin we are using is Redis Object Cache (https://wordpress.org/plugins/redis-cache/)
