I read your post about enabling the pack plugin, but that has still not fixed the issue. I’m running on WordPress.com and I need help getting the static homepage running with shortcode again.

The best way to update the Newspaper Theme is to delete the current Newspaper Theme version and TagDiv Plugins and after that you can install the new version.

Also please note that there could be the chance to do some design work in order to adapt the old version to the new one.
Overwriting files will cause conflicts.

I’ve gone through the install process and so far the process is smooth. Unfortunately, shortcode is still not showing on the static page. I’m concerned that the previous short code will not work with version 10. Is it possible to have support look into this matter further?

I have the same problem. Again fucking fail update. The tagDiv team is getting worse and worse with each update! No solution for it or what? I have hunderts of pages, do I need to edit them manually now ? You sucks!
where can I get a older version???????????????

It appears that my email from proton mail never made it to you, but contact email does have privileges to check my site’s shortcode. Please contact me if you are unable to resolve the shortcode issue. Ultimately, the main page is not displaying the news in 3 columns by about 25 rows.

Sorry, for the delay for answers. The Newspaper theme will not work correctly on wordpress.com because this do not allow you to install any plugins -> http://prntscr.com/q4x1j4 -> https://ithemes.com/tutorials/wordpress-com-vs-wordpress-org/
If you want to keep the wordpress.com you’ll not be able to use our theme on it, therefore we will be able to provide a refund for the theme

I moved the site temporarily to WordPress hosted server instead of WordPress.com. It validates that is still an issue with the theme or how it interacts with WordPress. I would like to display the news articles in three columns and about 24 rows.
