Please let us know if you still have problems activating the theme.
Thanks
Hi,
You could try to reinstall the theme by FTP and then try the activation again
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
If you still cannot activate it, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in your email.
Thanks
Hi,
That is basically what needs to be done to install the theme by FTP. Manually place the theme folder as specified in the guide, in the themes directory. You could make a back-up before, just to be safe. This step is recommended before updating

Please let us know if you still have problems activating the theme after the reinstall.
Thanks
Ok, the activation is do it. Now the problem is in the Visual Composer, the image style don’t work and other css animation. In older version work it.
Need i have the license of Visual Composer? I see that the license is include in the same theme license.

Hi,
If it worked in the previous version it should work in the latest one as well. There is no need to activate Visual composer, it is provided pre-activated in the theme package.
In the previous update the new tagDiv composer was introduced

More options and features will be made available only for this front-end editor

If you do not want to use the tagDiv composer for your pages, try deactivating it form the plugins section. It is activated by default when you update the theme.
If the issue is still present, also deactivate all your other plugins except Visual composer and clear any installed cache. Then test again.
Thanks
Great, that was the problem, the imcompatiblity of both.
Just the last question.
I used the text with title block, but without text, just for use the title. In older version I leave the text block in blank, and dont apperance nothing, but with the newest version show this message:
Html code here! Replace this with any non empty text and that’s it.
I find this message in the file “td_block_text_with_title.php” and i delete here, but the message persists.
Any solution for how use just a title?
Hi,
The message should not be displayed if you removed it here

After you removed it that text will not be displayed, that is where it originates from.
Try clearing any caching installed after you make the modification in that file, maybe that will refresh the data.
Thanks
