I have just I am facing with the element template error as follows:
“Error at zones: 5(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”,
“Errors at columns elements: 1(models) : 7(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”,
“Error at zones: 5(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”.
If I use sample articles, it works perfectly. If my post are displayed, the template is broken.
What should I do? if this error could not solve, Can I refund this theme ?

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

This can be a plugin conflict or some custom code set in page/template.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I am getting this too — but only on our Production/Live site. On our Staging site it’s fine. Any idea why that would be and how to fix it?

Yes I’ve checked all the steps and advice given. What do you mean by “please check if this problem appear on a new page too”? Not via the Cloud Library tab?

If the problem appear on pages and cloud templates too then is a plugin conflict, if the problem appear only on clouds, then can be an isolate case.
