Hello. I have purchased and used the Newspaper Theme. Obviously I am not able to access the site (https://pusyap.com) even though I am a registered user. I can’t even log in, so please take action. I don’t understand why they took action to prevent them from accessing the site without any notification even though they are registered users. The purchased license is for 1 site, and I only operate 1 site. Obviously, I understand that the license is permanent, but please let me know why this is happening.
Unregister in ThemePanel System Status en register. This works for me.

I can’t log in by itself. The login page itself also appears as a preview page as shown below.

The Newspaper theme verifies your license key with the Envato API. If you already have a license activated on your website yet the website displays the notice LICENSE KEY IS NOT REGISTERED please follow the steps below:
1. First please make sure the theme is activated with the license key from your Envato Themeforest account https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/
2. If the theme was activated, please reset the theme activation from the Theme Panel – > System Status https://i.imgur.com/7Ktmd1e.png and clear the cache.
3. If there is a problem or the issue remains, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will provide a solution.
The “LICENSE KEY IS NOT REGISTERED” notice on your website is due to a possible communication error with Envato API. We are sorry if this caused you any inconvenience and we are doing the best in our power to overcome this issue.
