The WP-Admin panels are not working properly. Here are some points to highlight as to get this solved as briefly
Pages
Under the Page Settings you will see the code is broken as setting options are messed: https://snag.gy/S07VXe.jpg and this break will also appear in several other places such as with the Visual Composer: https://snag.gy/wnWIqz.jpg
Posts
Under post settings: https://snag.gy/ZenXO4.jpg you will see how the setting’s box breakes
It also breaks where the post’s Style options, category selector, or the sidebar position, and so on: https://snag.gy/60uK3l.jpg
And most importantly, the Theme Panel is gone: https://snag.gy/fvo0ar.jpg – it’s completely broken.
The interesting fact is that from the 3 administrators, this break of code only happens in two users. Do we solve this issue by updating to Newspaper 8? What about our edits, will we lose all changes we’ve made to files such as Custom Ad Boxes getting created? The colors of the menus/submenus, images, and/or their formats?

Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then try to reinstall the theme properly by using this guide:https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/

That is done from the cdn server IF you use one. If you do not know how to reset it , you most likely do not use one so skip that part.
If after the disabling of the plugins and clearing of cache, the site is not up properly, you should try to make a clean install via ftp: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ to make sure all the theme files are properly in place on your server.

Got you, what if I re-install the theme via FTP? Will I lose my menus, logo placement, menu colors modififaction we’ve made, and so on?
In other words, if we’ve created custom ad boxes by modifying the .php files, we will lose that correct?
Which parts of the wordpress admin will be afected by re-uploading the theme file? The posts? The pages? The menus?

No content will be lost unless it was added custom in the theme php files. The theme files will get replaced when updating so any at all change to the theme files will be lost.
Only content added through coding in the files will be lost. All the content added through WordPress will still be there.
