Hello how do I make the video post page look like yours/this?

Also is there forum support with this template, would you recommend installing buddypress?

Hi,

If you are referring to the featured video, there is a guide here

Currently this supports videos from YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion or Facebook. Check the recommended post templates that should be used with a featured video.
BuddyPress and bbPress are both compatible with the theme
