In several websites I have using Newspaper my “Vidéo playlist” element doesn’t work but the Youtube ID are good.

If you are using the social counter, youtube videos or Instagram, make sure that you set in theme panel the api key -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/ also for YouTube you need to use an api key too -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/ after that the social counter should work -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Also if you are using cache plugin, you need to clear all cache.
Please note that this option for api key was add only in Newspaper v10.3.1 when YouTube Video Playlist and YouTube Social Counter now require a YouTube API Key to grab the data

I need to updatte my theme (v. 9.7.2) but have no “update” panel, no update detectec in “update” page in wordpredd and no new version detected…
I think several of my problems should be fixed by an update.
Any idea how to proceed ?

Please note that in our guide there are more ways to update the theme, the update option was add only in latest version of Newspaper v10, please try to update using FTP/cPanel, but first make a full backup to your website.

Followed the guide and this happens:

As I know this is a message that was displayed only when was insert dis option, make use that you updated correctly the theme and you are on v10.3.4
Also that is just a note will not affect your website, that our developers forgot about it and now is fixed!
