Videos Creating multiple images

Hi, it looks like the reason my youtube video adds is creating multiple images (sometimes 8, 10 or 12 of them each time) is because of an error I’m seeing in the code?

I made a couple test posts with video URLs entered in the Featured Video field in the sidebar, which captures the featured image, and I had mixed results. One of them saved perfectly each time, and the other would fail intermittently with an “Updating Failed red banner”.

No duplication happened when the post successfully saved the first time but, when the error occurred, the image would also duplicate intermittently. I was keeping an eye on the logs while this was happening, and this error stood out to me:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function media_sideload_image() in /www/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_video_support.php:197

Please advise?

Hi,

Make sure that you set the featured video as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/

Let me know if the problem is persisting using that way!
