Visual Composer Not Showing Up in the WP editor

Hi,

When I click on the edit page button over a page from my website, the VC box is not showing up.
It shows as the following:

Please let me know if you have an idea what could be causing this.

Hi,
Please update your theme to the latest version by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and then update your visual composer plugin by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
If your visual composer problem is not fixed, try to disable all other plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
