Hi I have this theme installed on various sites. In general all works great.
On one of the sites I have this strange problem. The “Visual Editor” is unworkable. It appears as if the text is all white so it blends in with the background (in the visual editor).. if I select all the text.. as in “copy and paste”. I can see that the text is there. So some strange thing that happen with Visual Composer.. I tried removing the plugin and installed the latest version for the theme (5.0.1) I also updated the theme to latest 7.6.1 but I still have this strange thing happen with visual composer.
Any tips?

First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and then, you should use only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. The version of Visual Composer plugin should have to be the version which comes bundled with the theme packet, and it has to be installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. Hi Catalin,
Problem is still here: Theme version is 7.7, Visual Composer is 5.0.1 (from latest theme package). Problem is the same with plugins disabled and system configuration is OK according to: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
One one of my other sites where I do not have this problem, theme version is 7.6.1 and Visual composer is Version 4.12.1.
They are hosted on the same server.
Any ideas?

Please keep in mind that the Visual Composer is fully tested and compatible with the theme. Try to make a new sub-domain with a fresh install only with the required plugins, clear all your caches and check the results.
