When I open website, you can see on screen how it opens first one layout and then overloads second one. Why? It should load websiote only once, the second one.

Please notice that the CSS working in cascade (Cascading Style Sheet) and the first time take the default code and then your custom css is loaded(also the theme pane settings are custom) and because of this will appear that delay in loading. Usually this delay is more visible when you use Speed Booster plugin which moves the resources to the footer, but fully optimizing your site, this should not be visible. And alternative would be to add your custom colors, fonts directly to your stylesheet file.
