i want update my newspaper theme withe help of your “Envato WordPress plugin” , but i dont know my “Envato API Personal Token” !
please help me ! and also provide me latest version of visual composer download link

Hello,
The latest version of the theme and the latest version of the visual composer plugin are bundled together and can be downloaded from envato.
Please download the theme from envato and use these 2 tutorials to update both your theme and visual composer:
