First of all, I am using Child theme of Newspaper.
I want to know the proper method to update newspaper theme when i have other plugins.
More specifically, what are the step i should take before updating the theme so that my site design don’t get crashed.

Hello!
It shouldn’t crash your design after the update if you use cloud templates. You can create a full backup before.
If you use default templates, then make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active. Also, check if your plugins are up to date too: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-how-to-update-a-plugin/
