My website is opening on AMP when I am opening it using my PC. I want my website to open on AMP when a visitor comes from mobile. If visitors access my website from PC so it should be open on the Normal version.

This problem is usually from the cache plugin that doesn’t recognize that there are two themes, one for desktop and one for mobile version (mobile theme plugin).
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, please make sure that you are using a cache that can different the mobile version from desktop version, a tested cache plugin is WP Super cache, here is a guide with the settings that need to be made for this plugin -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
