I cannt upload the newspaper.zip
keep getting error.

make sure you are only uploading the main theme zip and not ‘all files’ zip.
If your hosting setup doesn’t have correct permissions, you need to install via FTP.

https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
FTP is the safest though.
