HI, i would like know how i can translate footer via wpml plugins , i think is strings translation “ABOUT US , follow us, POPULAR CATEGORY, POPULAR POSTS, EDITOR PICKS more”

You there is no need to use any plugins to do that, go in Newspaper > Theme panel > Translations expand Translations and change any field you desire .

i checked localization on theme, i have translated all strings, but in page is only in english
