We will release version 1.3.1 of the theme. It includes a fix for this bug. Until then you can add this to your style.css at the end:

the footer automatically adjusts its height to acomodate it’s content.

if you want to modify it via css:

thanks for reporting this… however it will be hard to diagnose your problem without a error log.

can you give me access to your wp-admin and if possible to cPanel or ftp so that I can download the log? If it’s not possible, send me the. Use contact@tagdiv.com for the sensitive data and put for radu in subject.

the featured video will show in the post and the thumbnail will show on the index page for example or where a thumbnail is needed (on sliders also).

The slider gets it’s images from the feature image of the post not from the content

the video is over the menu? On what browser and is it a featured video or an incontinent video? I’ve tested them again and it seems to work.

2. to remove categories from the list put them with -33 with “minus sign -” in front of the number. If you don’t put the “-” the filter just shows category 33.

Some people only want to show posts that have specific tags.

we are still in the process of testing the facebook comments count. The theme ahs to be modified in order to show the count up to date. I’ve added the feature for the next version: https://github.com/opradu/newspaper/issues/84

We tested the theme with the disquose comment system.

sorry for the delay, we all took the weekend off and in 8 hours we will be available full time.

– The theme should work without the plugins.
– The theme is not that massive… at ~6MB. some hosts have the max upload and max post set to ~2MB.

@shekharchap can you please send me a log from apache if possible?
You can try to:
– re upload the theme via ftp to make sure all the files are there
– increase your memory limit by adding define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '96M' ); to wp config.
– Or you can try to edit your php.ini and change the memory limit to memory_limit = 96M

Please let us know if you manage to fix the 500 error. We can always offer you a refund.
