Sorry to bother. I’ve resolved it. Wordfence’s firewall was not allowing to save external scripts.

You’ll get the new version of Visual Composer plugin as soon as the team at TagDiv finishes testing the new version. You can’t update it on your end unless the new version of the plugin doesn’t come bundled up with an updated version of Newspaper. If you want automatic updates enabled for the composer plugin then you’ll have to buy the Visual Composer separately 🙂

Well, yes I certainly understand that! Thanks for the explanation.
However, it would be awesome if you could speed up the process to prevent quick security breaches on websites.
Compatibility is definitely important and that’s why you need time to test it. But, security is important as well. I hope this thing improves in the future 🙂

That’s a News ticker we currently have. I want something like this http://www.screencast.com/t/D7HPCOUYM, a separate block, which I can use it to keep “Most Popular” or “Must Read” or simply “Trending”. The screenshot which I have shared is of EXPLICIT theme by Industrial themes.

And, it should have an ON/OFF option to show/hide no. of views. I don’t want it exact, but similar to that which visually impresses the readers “Oh! That’s trending!”

That didn’t work. The google+ link preview problem is affecting my website traffic. So, it would be nice to see a quick patch for that….

Okay. Well, I’m disappointed to hear that because it was not a problem in the old version. And, I’m not at a position to hire a professional to handle that. I’ll try to manage by adjusting the current logo within the fixed width and height. It would be nice to see a logo size customization option in the near future.

By, the way, I’m in love with the new version (except few problems like the Google+ link and logo resizing)

Also, one of the block needs care. The block 18 doesn’t look like it should. The main image overlaps on the second. For reference take a look at when I simply implemented on my homescreen.

Go to the theme panel, And in the header section navigate to the main menu configuration option, and select the desired color in Active and Hover color. It will not come as the same way it does on usatoday.com, It’s not present in this theme, you can try modifying theme files if you are expert at it. Or, you have to adjust with a underline highlight 🙂

I’m just a community member, do wait for a TagDiv staff for a possible answer.

You are possibly using only @username so the permalink is coming wrong..

I had encountered this problem while using Cloudflare. Maybe you can resolve it by disabling the Auto Minify option, Rocket Loader, these are unnecessary when you use a fast optimized theme like Newspaper. It worked for me back then (nearly 5 months ago )

If that doesn’t help, then wait for the TagDiv team 🙂

Less features on Newspaper 6? Could you give a comparison table to prove this point?

Well, I haven’t upgraded yet.. still experimenting with some css customizations then it would be live..

Hey! I tried that code. I simply copied it and pasted it on the custom CSS field, flushed the caches too and checked in incognito mode. But there was no change, I tried it with your color code and the one which I wanted. Neither of them worked.
