Hi Calin,

Thanks for that!
I did like you instructed, but for some reason it hasn’t changed anything…

I deleted the cache, but no change.

Hi Calin,

I’m not sure you have understood the issue! Even when I set a bigger height using the css settings, although the height gets bigger in the td composer, they are not accurately reflected on the live mobile page – my screenshots show this. In the TD composer, the height is more than on the live mobile page. For some reason the height I set in the td composer is not matched when I view the webpage.

Thanks,

Anna.

Thanks Calin,

The mobile menu is now working. 🙂

The last thing I need help with is that my hero section on mobile is not showing the same on my mobile as in the td composer – please see my message above for screenshots of the issue.

Cheers,

Anna.

Hello again! For some reason the mobile menu issue suddenly corrected. It is working fine on all pages.

However the 2nd issue remains with the hero section. Thanks.

Hello again Calin,

I’ve just noticed by accident that when I access the url from my mobile of https://annadrummond.com/home/# (just the # on the end), the mobile menu from the mobile home page works fine. As soon as the url changes to https://annadrummond.com/home/, or https://annadrummond.com/home-mobile/, the mobile menu custom links stop working.

What is happening here, and how do I fix it?

Cheers.

Hi Calin,

1. The problem is with the mobile menu, when accessing from the home-mobile page. As seen here https://imgur.com/cWFOUma, my custom links don’t work, but the Archives page link does.

However, when I access the mobile menu from the Archives page or a post, all my custom links work perfectly. https://imgur.com/U7nEjWq

I have checked all the custom links: all the mobile links have, for example, https://annadrummond.com/home-mobile/#about for the About section.

2. The other issue with the hero image can be seen here: In the TD composer, the image height is set higher than what actually shows on the mobile. I don’t like that it is cut off. https://imgur.com/o8F0EcZ, https://imgur.com/IKGJgUM

Thanks!

Hello again!

1. Please see update above:The menus are set correctly.
2. Thankyou, changing the background of the mobile menu worked.
3. The hero section is the main photo of the girl with the flower and sunglasses. In the mobile page, the composer shows more of the image than when I view the page on my phone – on my phone, the image is cut off too short.

Cheers!

Update: The mobile menu works from the ‘Archives’ page, and from a post, just not from the home page. The menu items are greyed out on the home mobile menu and don’t load the link.

Sure, https://imgur.com/k2TfvZq

I just typed in ‘La Mode’ in cloud templates – nothing came up either.

Hi Calin,

I have decided to go with a different design, so no longer have this issue. Thanks anyway!

Hi Calin,

I have tried a number of different ways to achieve the result I want, including your suggestions above, and a couple of different templates. I run into the same issue each time.

How do I provide you with a private link to the page? Do you need login details for that – if so, is there a way I can send it to you securely?

Thanks!

So helpful – fixed it. Thanks Vlad!

Wonderful, thanks Vlad – I disabled the mobile theme plugin for both my desktop and mobile landing pages and it fixed it. 😀

Just to clarify – what is the best way currently for me to translate my desktop pages into mobile format? Would it be to create a new ‘mobile page’ for every desktop page, with the mobile theme plugin disabled?

Thanks for all your work answering the extensive list of queries!
