I combined the titles ‘latest news’ and ‘national columnists’ with their respective elements using ‘custom title’. Appears to be fixed now.
Thanks.

Sorry for the delay.
From what I see, what happens is normal. The news ticker is in the desktop header, so it won’t be displayed on mobile. Then the titles of those 2 blocks aren’t the actual titles of the blocks, they are standalone title elements, both in their own inner row, so on mobile they are displayed one below the other. It’s just how the page was built.
It is however strange that the page looks different while logged in. Unless you are maybe using a mobile page. Then the explanation would be that while logged in you see the mobile page, which has the correct design, and while logged out we see the desktop page, which has problems. Normally if there is a mobile page set, it should be displayed for logged out users as well. But dedicated mobile content such as a mobile page is sensitive to the caching used on the website. It depends on what caching plugin is used on the website, or if cloudflare is used.
In my opinion it’s most likely the caching used on the website. For example, usually adding a simple parameter after the website URL bypasses the cache, so I see the correct version like this – https://prnt.sc/P5jcuAmOrCR2 So you are most likely using a mobile page. Could you let me know what caching you are using? I can;t log into the website, I tried with an old user and pass but they aren’t working anymore.
As a note, in case the caching you are using doesn;t support dedicated mobile content, then the only solution is to stop using a mobile page, and fix the desktop page so it looks good on mobile as well.
Let me know.
Regards, Simion C.
Yes, same cache for desktop and mobile.
Yes, the screenshots are of the mobile page. We use caching from our web hosting company WPMU. It’s a server level static server cache.
Thank you! 🙂
Thanks so much! 🙂
That worked! Thanks so much!

The header background color is showing as black rather than blue like the tagdiv editor shows.
If you can provide me with your IP address, I can whitelist it.
Thanks.
Please disregard the issue about landscape layout. I found it.
When you say “The mobile theme plugin is compatible only with the amp plugin from our theme.”, does that mean there’s an AMP plugin within the theme or is that another plugin? I’m not seeing a tagdiv plugin called ‘AMP’.
Also, when trying to activate tagDiv Mobile Theme, it does not activate. Do you need administrator login to troubleshoot?
Thanks.
So just use the mobile theme without the amp plugin?
Also tagdiv composer no longer shows the layout for landscape view for mobile devices. Can that be fixed?
Here’s the AMP plugin info: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/v6o4flo2ochk3qa4vxygh/Screenshot-2024-03-18-15.40.11.png?rlkey=rrtyn7292hso6ldwcxx2mvb9h&dl=0

This just appeared. Looks like the ‘momentum’ template which we’ve been using for years now.
Here’s more info from Defender PRO security:

I see that the latest email from TagDiv went to SPAM for some reason. Screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/nbqsujn1lwjz1l8/Screenshot%202022-09-28%2010.33.53.png?dl=0
Also, I have inadvertently given the incorrect information for cPanel. My apologies.
I am contacting our web hosting provider, WPMU, to get credentials for file manager. I will update this ticket when I hear back from them.
Thanks again.
