Hi Calin.

Thanks for the info. I tried options 1 through 4 with no change in results.

I did find a plugin conflict with WPMU Dev’s Hummingbird PRO. Once I disabled it, the WP Editor worked just fine. I’ll report this to WPMU.

Thanks again.

Bob

Thanks Vlad! 🙂

Any idea what the link would be? When passing paying customers off to another 3rd party, it would be nice to have a link to go to for support.
Thanks.

Issue resolved by Simion C. Okay to close ticket. Thanks.

“I managed to login with a VPN. I see you have not set any product images for your products, the option was even hidden in the screen options – https://prnt.sc/r1r7jj I checked the option now, please set product images – https://prnt.sc/r1r8d5 then they should appear fine. The images won’t appear with any theme if you don’t set them in the woocommerce provided field – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/adding-product-images-and-galleries/ If you have more questions let us know.

Thank you!

Please disregard. There were some caching issues that have been corrected.
Sorry for the trouble.
Thanks again.

Hi.
Just checking to see if we’re any closer to the update to fix this.
Thanks again.

I think I figured this out. I’m using plugin ‘Code Snippets’ to allow HTML in the bio.

Thanks again!

I’ve also tried this method: https://wp-mix.com/wordpress-allow-html-author-bio/
Still not working.

Vlad

We’re using plugin WP HTML Author Bio, but it’s not working with the Newspaper theme. There is no HTML or rich text editor for the users bio.

Can you recommend a compatible plugin that will work with the Newspaper theme?

Thanks again.

Thanks so much! Sorry I didn’t figure that out myself.

Hi.
The letter spacing and font still seem to be off a bit on the word ‘on’.
Please see screenshot:

Would there be some CSS to correct this?
Thanks so much!

Thanks Vlad. 🙂

Information has been sent to contact@tagdiv.com

Thanks again.

Bob

The wordpress settings are already set that way. What else could be the problem? These comments just appear automatically…

Vlad,

Thanks.

Vlad,

That’s module 2. I need width for module 1. It won’t show all of the image.

Thanks.

Hi.
I see the height option.
There’s still no option for image width.

Additionally, we’re seeing these errors in the debug.log:

I edited and saved the pic with PhotoShop. That worked.
Thanks! 🙂

Hi.
Picture is still wrong on authors block.
Okobserverorg.wpmudev.host
Can you please assist?
Thanks.

That worked perfectly. Thanks!

I was thinking that I needed a new customized flex box in order to call the customized single post template for only the ‘issues’ category, so I would only see the new single post template on those. Otherwise, the other post categories would go to the regular single post page (unaltered).
