We’ve backed out Newspaper theme version 11.5.1 and are back on 11.5 and running okay again. We’ve just had too many issues with WooCommerce and Newspaper theme. Our customer base is furious about all of the downtime we’ve experienced. We’re looking at all options now.

I’m still trying to achieve a different template on a single post with only category ‘issues’. Need all other categories to display the cloud template 17. How do I go about saving a cloud template to a standard post template and only use it for category ‘issues’?

The header template was not manually changed to ‘none’. This must have happened during the Newspaper theme update.

We’re backing out the latest release of Newspaper theme. It has broken another website, builderspridecabinetry.com. It has moved the content up into the header. We’ll either need a fix for these problems, or we’ll be looking for another theme.

In this particular case, the header template was changed from Header Template 30 to ‘none’. The fix was to change it back from ‘none’ to Header Template 30.

Critical error was a result of the WooCommerce payments plugin. It has been deactivated and removed.

Sorry for the delay. We’ve been troubleshooting many, many errors since 11.2 release. It breaks WooCommerce payments as well as a couple of other plugins.
I have contacted our hosting company, WPMU Dev.
