Hi,
That is because the twitter link was not added correctly for the user. You need to ad the full twitter url there, not just the twitter ID (include the https:// part)
Thanks.
Hello,
If the image itself has a modal image set to it, then disabling the general lightbox will not do it. You will have to go in manually on each image and remove the lightbox like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/3jCTW6d910l
Thanks.
Hello,
Please check your host settings and try to change a few things around. Try to switch from a managed hosting plan to a standard hosting plan, try to disable some optimization tools from the cpanel, try to remove any weird code in the htaccess. If you did not add anything to the htaccess and you see weird code there, try to delete all of the content and then re-save permalinks on any other setting besides the default one.
Try to disable plugins as they can also affect the proper functionality.
It can be a large number of things and all these steps must be taken to identify the problem. Sorry but there is no simple way of debugging an issue.
Thanks.
Hello,
This is because you use module 15 for the blog page. Please change the module here:
https://www.screencast.com/t/mLN17aqa
Thanks
Hello,
Google will have to provide the analytics code. Please check this link.
https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/?authuser=0#provision/SignUp/
Thank you
Hello,
Unfortunately that is the old menu. The site you mention uses an older version of the theme. Sorry but there is no simple way of making the mobile menu cover just half the screen. The theme cannot show the old version of the mobile menu.
Thank you!
Hello Madison,
Sorry but our theme does not feature such a layout for the moment. We are working on adding cool new features to the tagdiv composer so in the near future, there will be a possibility to create such headers but for the moment, we cannot provide a solution.
Thank you!
Hi,
Sorry but there is no simple way to achieve that. You will need a multi-site with separate installs of wp and the theme on each one and have different demos installed on each one.
Thanks.
Hello,
Sorry but there is no documentation on how to alter the theme to your preference. The closest to this is the theme api documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-theme-api/
Thank you!
Hi,
Did you add a custom class to the block?
Please add a custom class like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/h58mRldXrNAv
Then you can add the code mentioned above in the theme panel under advanced css and place it in the mobile section.
Thank you!
Hello,
Sorry but for the mobile theme there is no simple solution. It is a different implementation and the solution provided will not work.
q4: There is no widget that can be placed in the sidebar that can detect the posts shown in the main content. Sorry. You will have to create separate sidebars for each category.
q5: WHat wordpress stats are you referring to? Our theme post counter if deactivated, will not count views anymore. It will not count “silent” if turned off. It will not count at all.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure the ad is not disabled from mobiles in the theme panel: https://www.screencast.com/t/8uzbMH4ibux
Thank you!
Hello,
Sorry but the theme api is not covered by the themesupport as it represents customization. If you cannot follow along with the api documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_moduleadd/ then you will have to get help from a developer or freelancer as we cannot offer any customization service.
Thank you!
Hello,
You can use any demo at all with header style 4. But header style 4 is not a full width header though. It will look like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/yQF5a0kdg
You can use header style which is similar in style though and full width.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please also test this on a wo default theme like twentysixteen or similar as the search results are provided by wp and not the theme.
Thank you!
It is not stretching because you have a background color set. If any background image or color is used, then there is no possibility to have full width elements. Please access the theme panel and remove any background image or color.
Thank you!
It is found under translations if you scroll down further enough.
Thank you!
Hi,
The code comes from the tagdiv composer plugin. If you want to rem,ove it simply access the plugin files from wp-content/plugins and comment out or delete this code: https://www.screencast.com/t/6QhBNFhchy7E
Thank you!
Hello,
Sorry but unfortunately the exchange widget does not allow any other currency to be added as the api we use from the exchange server does not support it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks.
Hi,
It is misleading because you mentioned rows in 2 replies and the main title of this post so I figured rows is what you are after not columns.
Unfortunately there is no simple solution for increasing the column count. Rows can be easily changed but columns are much more complicated. You will have to hire a freelancer to help out as all of the css will have to be rewritten and it takes quite a bit of time and effort to do . Unfortunately we do not have a customization department. We try to help out where we can but we cannot offer any custom work, sorry
Thank you for your understanding.
Hello,
You can disable it by removing it from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/y5EsGihE5NV. Just make sure to leave the 2 ” though
It will also affect the homepage post.
Thank you!
Hello,
If you want to change the default theme implementation, you can find the author function here: https://www.screencast.com/t/trMzx7hyMDo and the title function here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LeGP2zblzWx
Each block uses 1 or more modules like mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-blocks-modules/
The module files are found under includes/modules
Unfortunately we cannot provide a solution for your request as we cannot offer any custom work at the moment.
Thank you!
Hello,
I have inspected your site but could not see any issues with image. Please provide an example of the error so we can inspect it.
Thank you!
Hello,
In order to get elements full screen using the page builder, please access the row settings and select the stretch row options: https://www.screencast.com/t/BGrjX6cFQM9
Thank you!
Hello,
It seems you are installing both td-composer and js_composer. They are 2 very different plugins. The td_composer is the tagdiv composer and js-composer is visual composer by wpbakery
Please do not use both at the same time. Only install 1 or the other.
If the issue is still present please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and ftp access so we can login and investigate.
Thank you!
