Thank you. I managed to get the update done. I didn’t see much about automatic updates though? I may just have missed it.
What about the popup articles on the right side? When going to the site, the latest article menu pops up and it has annoyed a few readers (can’t please everyone I know) but I would like to know where to shut it off from if you don’t mind. Thanks so much! 🙂

For some reason I can’t create a new post for support so I am posting in hopes to get some support here. I havent been able to figure out how to do any automatic updates for the theme NewsMag that I purchased and frankly, I am a little worried about overwriting anything. I am now experiencing this error – “Your session has expired. Please log in to continue where you left off.”
It keeps login me out every 30 seconds or so. I have run a virus scan on the server and it was fine so I assume its the template or a new plugin that I may have installed. Just checking in on that.

Also need to know how to shut off the popup.

I hear ya. I have been warned about the slow loading speed. Just started running this theme a couple months ago. Love the look but this is a concern along with security. We’ll see how things go! 🙂

Yes, thanks for that. Just having a problem actually finding where you are seeing it on line 1438 of the themes style.css. I can get my way around “ok” but obviously I may be in the wrong .css file.

I switched it bacn to the regular Newsmag theme but I still now have the scrolling forever issue… Still looking for an answer if anyone else has any more ideas? Thank you. 🙂

Yes, I am not sure why its there but it stopped the long scrolling posts so, I’m unsure what to do there. Hopefully someone comes up with an answer. I’ve disabled all the plugins just to make sure and they didnt make a difference.

Looks like there is a newsmag child theme option. Not sure what the designer did there or if its needed but it fixed the scrolling on all posts issue. :/

The home page seems to be fine now but all the posts scroll forever still.

Still no reply to the email and I have sent off the admin access and no one has logged in with it yet. I will now be out of the service area for a couple days so It’ll all have to wait now I guess…

Thanks. Deactivated the childs theme and cleared the cache in my phone and retested…still the same.

Ok than ks. I deactivated almost every plugin and took out my google analytics code and it’s still an issue from my end. Cleared cache for both phone and laptop. Menu works fine on my laptop, just the mobile version isnt showing it.

I really need to get this fixed soon sorry. Must be busy but I have been waiting 3 hours now.
