You can do a fast copy of your setting if you capture your screen on every part of your theme settings (can be a video whit camtasia or only images). And when you made the update just copy your settings whit the video or images.

Ing Geek El plugin no lo tienes que registrar, solamnet elo activas y ya. Los plugins que vienen en los themes de themeforest están actualizados hasta cierta versión que provee el diseñador del theme y conforme se van sacando actualizaciones del theme se van actualizando los plugins necesarios.
