I tried but didn’t find anything. In the meantime we published this article which is a good example https://squared-potato.pt/x4-foundations-analise/
The author even tried to put the review score but when it saved and published, all gone!
I’ve sent an email yesterday with credentials if you need to login. It in your contact email.
I think there is a miss understanding. This is not about Tagdiv Composer, it’s about the articles templates themselves that you select in the post setting when writing a new post.
Hi Calin,
I’ve sent an email to the address you mentioned, with the credentials and the subject of Malware Detection. Please let me know if I can help.
Best
Thank you Bettina for answering so quickly 🙂
Hi Anamaria,
In the example url I showed you in the first post you could see that we have og:image correctly attributed and we also used both Facebook debugger and Twitter before posting this issue in this support forum to verify that the feature image it’s not being fetch. I’ve checked the documentation you sent on the topic image not displaying and we verify that the images are above 200×200 so they should be showing. So it remains unsolved.

Hi Bettina,
Here you have some screenshots that were sent to me by the client: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1x50HSx3OXgGnPBFglgKwQrUIlHCQtO8D?usp=sharing
Hi guys,
Just a follow up for future reference to whoever finds himself in the same situation and needs this:
After my last reply in here I decided to try contact the support through email and Tagdiv team was quick to help. Through access to the website back office we were able to find that Cloud Header and Cloud Footer were sending too many requests, specially as all of them were mega menus. So we switched the Cloud Footer one to a normal menu and on mobile we set them all to normal too, and it provided stability to the website.
Thank you all for the support.
That’s exclusive to who uses the Cloud template feature? What about the ones from the default demo?
Had this exact same issue and updating to 11.5.1 solved it.
Hi Anamaria,
This is the website: dev.maisalgarve.pt
We’re not optimising the images, and this is the only element that is doing this.
Hi,
I reset the key and it worked thank you very much! I don’t know if I can add just a quick question: We are using Newsweek Pro and on another website I’ve a Default One with more options on headers and footers. Is it due to the Standard Pack? We haven’t activated the Standard Pack in this Newsweek Pro website, should we? Would it break anything if we did?
Hi Bettina, we’ve been asking our authors to try to find the Feature Video field, we even tried to look for it in the preferences as you can see in this screenshot from an author account (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wG0JvFcgXNz5B_9JT-k8zFeEpJGT6eD4/view?usp=sharing) but it doesn’t show up.
We’ve the roles and capabilities plugin in our website so maybe you could tell us how to enable it through there, so they could view and use this Feature Video field while creating their posts.
Thank you very much! It’s working perfectly now 🙂
I’ll leave here the final code just in case someone else reads this topic and needs it too: https://pastebin.com/Q4JxM4Xa
Hi Calin, it kinda worked but for some reason the font is too big (https://drive.google.com/file/d/180o1Mng9Ch-YM5p_JZOcKugvO_9nAEPb/view?usp=sharing)
See this one for comparison: (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1j_gFt97a0mi9KRlr4LLICEFboPAO5W8o/view?usp=sharing)
I’ve compared the code you sent with the one on Style.css just to make sure the values were the same, and they are alright. Then I tried to change some values (on the Custom CSS code you wrote above) but it didn’t took effect on the size of the this big dropcap, so I don’t know why the letter is so big when compared to the regular dropcap. For further explanation: the first picture with the “O” is with the custom css, and the one with the “K” is the regular.
Hi Calin, what we mean is that when we enable the Dropcap (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BMVXs8PNQMlcrEU_OvXmJ62X6ytxD7dv/view?usp=sharing) in the Theme Settings there’s a selection menu which by default has the “Box” style (Dropcap0 in code) selected, and everyone has to remember to change to “Bold” (translated “Negrito”, Dropcap3 in code) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jziT-NxLZ6HsFX-VDhl3cbUFxaT-KcuI/view?usp=sharing . Being Bold the most standard in every website for Dropcaps, we want to make it show up as the default selected instead of Box which no one uses, so everyone doesn’t have to remember to take the extra step of selecting the Bold in the Theme Settings menu for every new post they make.
I see but I don’t understand how do I change this piece of code to apply the dropcap 3 by default?
