My organization is not comfortable handing over such credentials to third parties. Can you not, at least initially, run a debugger on the front end to get some kind of idea of what may be wrong if it is indeed the theme?

Can someone from TagDiv look at my website (perhaps with a debugger) and see what may be wrong? My bosses are leaning toward building a new website without TagDiv themes. I’d rather fix what we have and stay with it.

We are using Magazine PRO and are at version 12.6.8

Can this be true? How can I check it?

Thanks! The developer we contract with for hosting (and has built us our other site) tells us that the TagDiv plugins create errors preventing us from moving to 8.2 and hampering us on 7.4. He insists the only way to fix it is for him to build us a site from scratch.

I will look at these potential solutions. I should have, however, mentioned that these two modules were working fine until recently. Did something change?

No shortcodes. Just text and links.

Thanks! I will try the Disqus Comment System by Disqus.

I don’t see an image with the imgur the link you included btw.

We use WP-Optimize for caching but I didn’t have it turned on.

Google Analytics shows it as the 111 story in the same time period. Jetpack has it in a similar position. It should not be constantly in the Trending module which only shows the top four. Very often it’s showing in the Trending module as the most viewed post. It’s an old news story, it’s not getting this kind of attention.

You may be having the same issue I had earlier. Try deactivating the mobile plugin. I believe this will default to the responsive mobile option which follows the desktop layout.

I sent two emails with the requested information. I didn’t include all of the information in the first so I sent a second.

Thanks Anamaria,

It’s in a dev environment currently. Is there a way to send you the credentials privately to sign in to see the front end?

I can see how that would work. How would I put general text in the 2/3 column. This is for the static pages.

I’m running newspaper_magazine_pro out of the box in a development environment. If I’ve inadvertently changed it to a default sidebar how do I get it back?

Thanks!
