Oh, a new option. Neat!

Yep, it fixes this issue, finally. Thank you!

Hello! This issue is happening again.

I’ve kept the test page since then and you can see the same symptoms as before. https://www.anicer.com.br/tagdiv-test/

This is where the account is connected: https://i.imgur.com/jRXtEKK.png

This is where the error shows up: https://i.imgur.com/7ko8LXs.png

It also came to my attention that my company’s account is the creator type, not business. https://help.instagram.com/2358103564437429

It’s not in our best interest to change to business at the moment.

So I’m unable to link this account using the “Instagram Business” option.

I don’t think it’s the same issue. As I said, I’m unable to remove the access token.

If personal accounts aren’t supported anymore, you should just remove this functionality in the Theme Panel altogether.

I will do some tests with my personal account. Please let me know if you use the element from Theme Panel -> Footer or the Instagram widget from tagDiv Composer.

We use the first one, theme panel’s footer. https://i.imgur.com/IptXBQZ.png

Yes, we have a personal account set up.

Newspaper version is 12.4. As I said before, this started happening suddenly and updating WordPress & Newspaper didn’t work out.

It wasn’t expired yet, but following the above advice I renewed the token for 60 more days. It’s still not fixed.

Should I create another thread?

We don’t own a business account.

This has also been happening with our Instagram footer; same exact error.

No changes were made in our side and it suddenly stopped working.

After updating WordPress and Newspaper theme the problem persisted. I’d bet this is a change on Instagram’s side that requires a new update for the theme.

Just getting in touch to confirm that 11.4.1 indeed fixed this issue. Thanks!

Hello Calin,

Please disregard all my previous messages. After testing on a new page fonts are changing as expected.

This may be a missing font weight issue, which is reproduced here: https://www.anicer.com.br/tagdiv-test/
I’m not sure this can be fixed though, because I’m trying to use a font weight that’s simply not available.

The other possibility is it was fixed by itself. I’m more inclined on this being the case because not a single font I picked was working.

It’s all good now.

I didn’t set up custom fonts for my website.

Google Fonts is enabled and apparently working. I changed many elements to 2 fonts in particular when I set up my website and it’s been fine for years.

I never messed around with fonts inside individual pages before for consistency and performance, but this time is an exception since I’m trying to build a special page.
