Of course, but comment-form disappears if there isn’t at least one comment, after moving comments on top.

0 comment = no comment-form for editing new post;
1 comment = comment-form appears;
more comments = comment-form appears.

Yes, but I don’t want excerpt for latest articles, which I don’t use. I asked just for block 12.
It’s a nonsense that any block/module with excerpt for desktop shows an excerpt also for mobile but block 11/12.

Neither in this way it works. There is a comment with a x which says: “expected LBRACE at the line 2, col 1”. Furthermore the theme zooms in and zooms out in mobile version, and it’s not fully centered.

Also I need a title for Big Grid, but I need the same style of block titles (background and line). Actually I get only a title in black without background style. Furthermore I need title to be less far from grid as well as in block title.

The code works, but in opposite. The module chosen is excluded from the Unique and the article of that module is published again in other modules/blocks of my page. I would like that the module chosen on the contrary overlook Unique in order to publish the first article of that category/tag in any case.
