I sent in an email request last week and have not heard anything back yet.

Are you able to confirm you have received the information as I might need to resend the password link if it is expired?

Hi Bettina,

Unfortunately this did not seem to work on the staging site.

The staging site currently has no other plugins active besides the Tagdiv ones.

Any other suggestions on how to help get this resolved?

Hello, This issue still seems to be occurring. We have turned off all of our firewalls and even basically all of out plugins at certain points to try and fix this with no luck.

Do you happen to have any recommendation for hosting an Siteground, while using Cloudflare as we can not control the setting you are speaking of in your last message? The SG Optimizer has been disabled and tested, but that has not helped the issue.

Here are the logs that we get from the consol when we try to update the footer in general, or specifically the content on the home page:

My apologies, I do not believe I asked this in the most clear way. I am not wanting the default header for the site to be on the CPT, currently it is if you go directly to the post I linked above.

This is the article I followed and it did not seem to change the header of the CPT to reflect a different header besides the default: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/

Do you happen to have any additional recommendations?
