(I am adding my experience with this problem to this thread – I have not resolved this problem with my site)

I read instructions and watched video and did all of it – adding Facebook app ID, key and token.

I installed through FTP then I tried uninstalling via WP.

I cleared cache each time. (used ZenCache plugin to clear cache)

The Facebook count just won’t work. I’m not sure how the WordPress install ***still remembers the old Facebook Like count, I would like to find where that data stored so I can clear THAT cache/temp file.

If there is help beyond the tutorial – which was a very good tutorial by the way – please share because I have spent a few hours on this problem.

thanks!

Hello Catalin,

Removing the code and clearing the cache solved the problem. I will save these instructions for if it happens again.

Thank you! Much appreciated.

The featured images show up fine on all posts. The images being stretched are any images added to a post.

I deleted some recent images in recent posts that were blown up and uncontrolled by editing code in post or library – but I gave an example link below.

Example –

The code for the image below is something like “195×108” and it gets blown up huge. No matter how many times a drag corners to make smaller or redo the actual code.

Hi Andrei,
Alin emailed me approximately 3 hours ago and I replied with the log in (admin) for my site.
I haven’t heard back.
Thank you (was emailed to “contact(@)tagdiv.com”

Oh….I saw your support hours. So it was 2 hours before 17:00 (GMT +2) when I emailed admin access to my site.
