I have updated from version 11 to version 11.2 and the front page has returned โ this should not have happened.
I did purchase this theme from tagdiv on envato several years ago so please explain why this problem is happening now.
Oh, yes, thank you!
Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I don’t want to hide it completely, I just don’t want it to show until the user scrolls down. Is there a way to do that?
Donald
Thank you for getting back to me. I’ve tried disabling plugins but the popup is so intermittent that it’s not possible to tell if one is causing the problem, so I’ll think about it.
It was just a tiny hope that it could be coming from the theme but thank you for crushing it ๐
Thank you for the code. I’ll get back to you when I check out the responsive aspect.
Thanks again!
Hi, do you have a time-scale when this issue should be fixed?
Thanks,
Donald
Thanks, I’ll look into this at some point. Got to update first of all.
I really thought I was just being helpful in pointing out a bug ๐
Thanks, Catalin. I’ll work through these things. I really assumed it was a bug.
Hi, yes, this is the setting I mean. Toggling it off and on makes no difference.
Donald
Perfect, that works ๐
Thank you
Donald
Hi, thanks for this. I’ve checked my theme settings and this option is already turned off.
The workaround is to leave in place the little snippet of CSS. So not a big deal.
Thank you.
Hi, Bogdan, thank you so much, I’ll get this implemented first thing I do.
Cheers,
Donald
Hi, Bogdan, thanks for this, I’ll take a look.
Thank you!
Hi, thanks for getting back to me. There were so many problems I decided to start from scratch with a clean install of WordPress using the ‘www’ protocol. So far it looks good ๐
It should be a priority! Over half a billion users today http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-36584511
That’s great, thank you, it’s a really useful little item ๐
This is strange, I think the problem may be a setting at my webhost as changes that I’d made in style.css have come through – maybe they’re implementing some sort of cache?
Anyway, looks like the problem is at my end…
Thank you, Bogdan!
