For one thing its youtube not coutube in you link you posted. Why are you importing when you can just put the link in the post area and if you are making video post, just select video format and add the link down on right side on bottom for the video. Nothing else needs to be done. Unless you are using a plugin, then that is the plugin author you need to talk to.

I just got back from my sister coming to take me and our mother out to lunch to Golden Corral. I deactivated WordPress Zero Spam plugin that I was using for WordPress comments and reinstalled Disqus and my comment boxes were there for non members. So it was that WordPress Zero Spam, was my problem. I don’t need it for Disqus spam, because it has its own filters for spam comments.

That was nice and easy fix. So I will stay with Disqus, now that it works fine. Anyways, good luck with your situation Jens H. and sorry for hijacking your thread.

Another nevermind. I uninstalled the Disqus comments, since I don’t have a lot of comments on my site and I don’t want to deal with these comments not showing issues. So I am sticking with WordPress comments.

Nevermind, I just tried without being logged into my website and comments aren’t showing.

I just installed Disqus on my website with no issues with it at all. I did not even have to change any code. Smoothscroll is on too. http://www.awesomebryner.com

I am on Azure from Microsoft with Standard VM, which is dedicated by there definition. That is why that worked for me. The only thing I can’t figure out because they don’t have CPanel, and they got their own kind of dashboard is, I can’t change the Max_Input_Vars from 1000 to 5000. I changed on the php.ini, but it did not change. I am using Bitnami on a VM. So there is probably no way to change it.

As for memory limit though. I did not or have had any problems since I put it to 256 mb.

Forget this. I fixed it. It has an issue with Speed Booster plugin. I was getting an error with All In One SEO pack with Speed Booster. So I commented out that code that checks for compatible plugins with the Speed Booster plugin so it wouldn’t show errors and the Speed Booster was activated and working, but it was causing buddypress pages to do those weird things.

I just deactivated the Speed Booster plugin and now it is back to the black buttons, the way it was before. I am just not going to use that Speed Booster plugin. Seems to load pretty fast with just WP Rocket and Cloudflare just fine with both minify settings on.

Unless, I am mistaken. I don’t see them anywhere on the Visual Composer elements. If they have them hiding somewhere, they need to let us know. What I shown above is all I found for the new grids.

That is not all of theme just showing a couple of them. I hope they add them to Visual Composer as Big Grid 1, Big Grid 2, Big Grid 3, Big Grid 4, Big Grid 5, Big Grid 6, like in Newspaper theme.

Not sure if this is the same thing your trying to do. I added the code below to wp-config.php in WordPress directory and it shows ‘WP Memory Limit GREEN 256 MB/request’.

View All Results works with one word but not multiple words. I tried it with just the word “all”, and worked just fine. So anything more than one word is an issue with View All Results.

Same results on all browser I have including IE11, Firefox, Edge, Chrome with View All Results. The search works fine in with image 1 and clicking on search button after, but the View All Results takes away the spaces and shows no results at all.

Nevermind guys. I fixed it by guessing on the ids of the deleted accounts, and apparently I have got them removed from the page. So now I am sticking with you Author’s Box now, and I will just have to remember the ids of the deleted accounts to exclude. Don’t worry about this now. I haven’t been getting registration spam either since I put those emails in ban hammer. So I guess I will use the regular modal login/registration on top bar too.

Don’t worry about me being upset, because I wasn’t, just trying to figure out things. Really love this theme. 🙂

Using the “Author Avatar List plugin” on WordPress repository. It work just the same as your author box when clicking on posts link. It goes to the same author posts lists. I will stick with this if you don’t have a way to remove the authors that don’t exist within the website after deleted. For some reason this plugin does what should be done. Just now don’t have the nice looks for the display of posts and comments from your author box.

Here is the image that I was talking about, because I am going to change the page. There is absolutely no reason to have authors showing that do not exist on the website at all. So I am going to find another way to show authors on my about us page.

Click that + on the widgetized sidebar and it will open all the elements. You can probably find something that will add to there something to add a article with. I have not tried all of the elements for this theme. So good luck.

When editing the sites page for the sidebar in visual composer click the green edit pencil symbol for editing the widgetized sidebar. Select the sidebar for which one you want to use, if you haven’t.

If that is already done, then go to the widgets for that sidebar selected, and at either block 7 or 8 widget and add the category that you want, and that article has to be in that category. You can’t just put a specific article in the article by name it has to be done by category it is under. They don’t have any title options for just articles available, that I have seen.

Most of the settings are in the widget and are kind of long. So you have to play with the settings.

Don’t know if you are using visual composer to use the sidebar for your post, category or page, but the image and input the css class where in the row of the element for the widgetized sidebar. That made a non sticky sidebar stick. If you aren’t using the page builder, then sorry, just trying to help.

I am currently using WP Rocket and Speed Booster plugin with Cloudflare at the same time and 1 second load time.

I fixed it!

I just switched to 2015 theme and on visual composer tabs selected design options and disabled saved, then went back and activated Newsmag, and then activated 2015 theme again, and then design options again enabled and saved and then activate Newsmag again and finally this did the trick. No more button. So I will make a note of this fix if it shows up again.

This is resolved on my own.

I get this “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”, when activating Visual Composer screen and I have to load my website then back to dashboard and then that button is stuck on the dashboard. So something is up with the Visual Composer install. I have tried all different ways to install Visual Composer. FTP the install plugins under appearance and under the Newsmag settings and with the Plugins upload way. That is 4 different ways of installing the plugin and I still get this screen with “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

After going back to the dashboard it shows active with that open design options button on top.

It is missing the whole open design options from the dashboard menu under visual composer. I read that it should have that under the visual composer in dashboard menu with it but it only has general settings, my shortcodes, grid elements and about.

No there is no change and that button still shows up after removing the visual composer and removing theme and social count plugin and booster plugin and reuploading all of them with nothing changed. Button will not go away.
