Tried Uninstalling all the plug in but nothing changes as an ameater i am not a programmer but i ran my site flawlessly for last 3 months. now its very painfull. and i cant add any codes to header.php header php

i updated the theme via them forest plug in but site is real slow with dash board is too slow and while adding to google adscence code to theam header its not saving ! this is the header.php file’s code: <!doctype html >

i have made my site with 8.5 version and customized after default demo installation. Didn’t install any custom fonts. But after caching it showing this error only in google chrome desktop ,another thing is in mobile version tab to top option is not included. didn’t add any custom code, just google analytic and Facebook instant article code are placed in the theme header. please reply this thank you.
