I’ll use this topic to check how can I resolve my problem.

I’m using newspapper 7.2 and the default modal theme are disabled. When I add an image to post, put the link to file and I try including manually the class “td-modal-image”, on link class attribute and in advanced too.

But in some cases, the class are not included at link attribute on html, so, when I try to open the image, just appear a message saying: the image could not be loaded.

I checked that when I put the modal-image class in link, the class will to attribute “<figure class=….>… and not to the attribute <a href="..."></code>, so, I think that the script has some problem. The same problem appear in 7.3.

I need a solution.

I’m using the Gutenberg editor

I’ve the same problem, but, the general modal is disabled on theme panel. When I try to add an image on post, don’t appear the options of tagdiv to do it as modal image.

Has any whay to downgrade the version?
