Please watch my video: https://somup.com/cOVYjCSz71

I tried inserting shortcodes into the classic editor, composer, and visual composer, but nothing works. As soon as I deactivate the TagDiv Composer plugin, it works again, but as soon as I reactivate it, it doesn’t work again.

P.S.
Everything was working fine before updating my theme and plugin to the latest versions.

I hope you can figure out what’s bothering the plugin. Thanks so much for your help.

Hi, thanks so much for your help. Basically, the plugin should show the map and, by selecting one of the hotspots, display the corresponding list underneath. Currently, however, it shows the map twice (without the hotspot) and all the lists are visible one after the other.

Using the DETECTIVE plugin, I discovered that the plugin causing the error is “TagDiv Composer.” Without that plugin, everything works, but as soon as I enable it, the map stops working.

I made a short video to show how it behaves now and how it should work: https://somup.com/cOVD6FSvPj

Thanks for your help, I hope you can figure out what’s bothering the plugin.

P.S.
Of course, I can provide my WordPress and FTP credentials if needed.

Thanks again

Hi, tnx a lot for help.

Only strange is that in wp-admin string “secure” is displayed…while in the site not.
SEE VIDEO http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbfhog6PGW

Have you any idea?

So for SSL security test i will ask to my hosting to controll it.

Tnx a lot…now all is ok

I write solution for other people:

1) Delete theme folder (newsmag)
2) Upload last theme folder version
3) Delete plugin’s folders (only plugins inside theme)
4) Upload plugin’s folders new version (only plugins inside theme)
5) Deactivate all plugins except “Visual Composer”
6) Delete Cache
7) Reactivate every plugin (onebyone) to discover wich one creates problem (in my case was Eventon)
8) Activate all plugin except wich one creates problem.
9) Control if there is an update for this plugin and in case update it and activate it
